At Level9News we consider the privacy of our visitors to be extremely important. Level9News is committed to developing long-lasting relationships based on trust and integrity. Site Security

Level9News uses a 2048 bit encryption for SSL on ALL of it’s site components, so you will be connecting to the website over and/or any of it’s sub domains, as this tells the server to establish a secure connection with the browser. Log Files

Like many other web sites, Level9News makes use of log files. These files merely logs visitors to the site – usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting service’s analytics. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather limited demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

Personally Identifiable Information

Different types of personally identifiable information are collected from the User by L9N in order for Level9News to be able to provide its services under the member sign up and profile creation. This includes, but is not limited to: name, mailing address [if provided], telephone numbers [if provided], email addresses, credit card information [not retained] and other information that may be needed for providing the services requested by the registered User. All this information is provided voluntarily by the User through various order forms, email messages sent to L9N, submit forms, registration forms, information provided over the telephone etc. This personally identifiable information is never released to a third party without the written authorization of the User.

Cookies and Web Beacons

“Cookies” are small pieces of information that some websites store on your computer’s hard drive when you visit them. Like many other websites, Level9News does use cookies to store information about visitors preferences, record user-specific information on which pages the user access or visit, customize web page content based on visitors browser type or other information that the visitor sends via their browser. Collecting this information, however, does not allow us to personally identify you.
