The Solution:  Robot Farming

The ministry of agriculture in Japan has determined that a lot of their fertile farmland has been irradiated to the point that it’s hazardous for humans or animals to farm the land.  The Japanese government has come up with the “Dream Project”….this is a project to use robots to farm radioactive farmland to grow and harvest  crops.  BRILLIANT!

Japan Farm Minister’s “Dream Project”

Japan too contaminated to farm so the government will use robots. The ministry of agriculture in Japan has determined that a lot of their fertile farmland has been contaminated by radiation to the point that it’s contaminated for humans or animals to farm the land. The Japanese government has come up with the “Dream Project”….this is a project to use robots to farm land contaminated by radiation to grow and harvest crops.  Japan is too contaminated from radioactive fallout to farm by humans or animals, so Japan has devised a plan to use robots to grow crops on these highly contaminated farm lands to sell to it’s people and the rest of the world.

A 600 acre site in Miyagi prefecture – an area hard hit by radioactive contamination fallout – has been designated as the pilot program for this project. The Ministry of Agriculture plans to expand this project to 59,000 acres of contaminated farm land at a cost of $51M in government funding and an additional $78M from corporations. “We hope the project will help not only support farmers in the contaminated farm land in disaster-hit regions in Japan, but also revive Japan‘s entire nation’s agriculture and farm industry.” Japan too contaminated to farm
