Governor Ducey Ignores Concerns From Residents Regarding Jade Helm
The following is a report regarding an open letter to Governor Ducey on behalf of some of the citizens in my area regarding the Jade Helm 15 exercise, and his response to our concerns.

Jade Helm concerns ignored. Information published from ‘official sources’ claim there will only be from 1200-1600 special ops soldiers participating. Concerns were raised questioning how are so few ops personnel supposed to achieve any meaningful results in an area that comprises 25% of the landmass of America? Our concerns were also reflected in the comments by retired military brass mentioned above that the numbers don’t add up considering the land mass being covered.
RMTs of this scale have NEVER been conducted among the civilian population of the US. Not only are these RMT exercises to be conducted primarily during the hours of 11pm – 4am, the primary focus is on identification and extraction (rendition) of ‘insurgents’, simulated live fire, the prevention of migration and containment of civilian populations in designated ‘holding areas’, in other words the restriction of civilian movement outside of the exercise area, setting up DZs and most disturbing is the refinement of the USAWC’s war tactic entitled “Mastering the Human Domain – No Turning Back”.
