In this emerging information, the FBI Finicum ambush new video evidence it appears Finicum does not look so innocent in this video. He apparently WAS the driver, notice the footsteps in the snow. He does appear to reach for his waist band area assertively. He appears to have been shot by one shooter in the front and one shooter behind him.
